ADMISSION AND WITHDRAWAL

  1. As AES is an English medium school, a student who has been studying through any other medium cannot be admitted unless his / her knowledge of English is satisfactory.
  2. Admission in classes I to VIII will be given depending onthe number of vacancies available. Parents / Guardians will be informed about the vacancies through a public notice on the school notice board after the school reopen. Normally no admission inclasses IX & X will be granted.
  3. When admitted, the admission fee together with term fees and one month fee must be paid.
  4. Admission fee once paid will not be refunded.
  5. New students must be introduced personally by their parents/ guardians who will be responsible to the Principal for their regularity of attendance and payment of fees.
  6. A student coming from a recognized school should produce a Leaving Certificate from that school .If he/ she comes from a school from other districts/ states, the Leaving Certificate must be counter signed by the Education Officer of that district. Students from umecognized school will not be admitted.
  7. Notice of withdrawal should be given in writing bef ore the tenth of the month, and the fee of the month should be paid.
  8. Ifthe notice of withdrawal is not given in writing bef ore the tenth of the month, fees for the following month will be charged.
  9. A student who leaves in April must pay the fees for the month of May too.
  10. Leaving Certificate will not be issued till all the school dues are cleared.
  11. Format of application for Leaving Certificate is given inthe student's diary.
  12. Fee of Rs. 100 / - will be charged for a duplicate copy of the Leaving Certificate, Date of Birth ,or an extract from the General Register.
