• Parents / Guardians are the real educators of their children / wards .The school isjust a helper , playing a secondary role in this matter . Therefore, involve yourself in our children's education ;be interested in their home work and studies and give the school a helping hand to educate your children effectively.
• Parents / Guardians are expected to sign the unit test and terminal exam report or any other similar documents when sorequested. 1
• Parents / Guardians are not allowed to see the students or to meet the teachers during the school hours without the prior permission of the Principal.
• Parents / Guardians will apply in writing if the students are required at home during the school hours for any serious reason all permissions, must be sought from the Principal.
• No student will be sent home through another party sent by Parents / guardians without an authorization letter from them.
• No permission will be given over the telephone.
• Parents / Guardians are not allowed to call their children to the phone during the class hours. Permission is to be obtained from the Principal in unavoidable cases.
• Parents / Guardians should not bring / send tiffin, books etc. to their ward during the school hours.
• Parents / Guardians should see that the students are not sent to the school with money or valuable articles with them.
• Complaints of any kind, if any should be made to the Principal and not to the teachers. Any communication from Parents/ Guardians to teachers or from teachers to Parents / Guardians should be made through the Principal only.
• Parents/Guardians are responsible for the behavior of those who come to leave their children to the school or take them home. Parents/ Guardians should instruct those who come to leave their children to the school or to take them home that they should leave them up to the school building and pick themup from the school building.
• No one should stop or park the vehicle in front of the gate or in a disorderly manner outside the school thus causing inconvenience to the students and to the public.
• Parents/ Guardians have to submit an application for the school bus f acilities. Application must be there for the cancellation of school facilitates otherwise fees have to be paid.
